“Object Sightings” is a new series of everyday observations. I often stop mid-walk to take photos, so my camera roll is always filled with hundreds of things I’ve casually captured. They’re not perfect photos, nor complete compositions, but something in their shape, color, or arrangement held me in that moment.
At different times, I’m drawn to different things. In recent years, chairs have made me stop the most (of course), followed by traffic cones. Once you start looking for roadblocks, you realize they’re everywhere.
